Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days after the order is placed, for your items to be shipped.
Our business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays within the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Zali products must be in the condition you received them. We will not accept merchandise that has been altered or washed, and products must have original tags.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
We do not offer exchanges, only returns.
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and you will receive credit to the original method of payment or be given store credit within 7 days.
